Ramana, Hon’ble Chief Justice of India has kindly agreed to deliver the Inaugural Address and Shri Kiren Rijiju, Hon’ble Union Minister of Law & Justice, Government of India, has been invited to deliver a Special Address. The Technical Sessions will be addressed by eminent speakers from both India and England. See tentative agenda, attached.
